Led a team of nine international interns in a fully remote environment during COVID-19, coordinating workflows and communication through Zoom to develop Profe, a mobile app designed to support low-income Spanish immigrants in learning job-specific English for improved employment opportunities.

This experience strengthened my ability to lead across cultures, manage remote collaboration, and translate socially driven concepts into structured digital solutions, with a focus on user accessibility and engagement.
