Developed a product and brand strategy concept for GANNI, grounded in in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and evolving consumer behavior within the contemporary fashion landscape.

Analyzed brand positioning, sustainability initiatives, and target demographics to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Translated these insights into a cohesive seasonal concept, “The New Liberation,” integrating trend forecasting, color direction, textile development, and silhouette exploration.

Proposed a full product development and assortment strategy, including line planning, technical design concepts, and cost considerations. Further extended the project into sourcing and supply chain strategy, incorporating sustainable materials and global production insights.

This project demonstrates my ability to connect creative direction with strategic and operational execution, developing end-to-end solutions aligned with real industry practices.
